There are four apartment styles and three villa styles for the floor layouts. There are 3-tier apartments. The lower levels, known as the Garden Block, have views of the countryside. The Sky Block is on the mid to higher levels and has longer vistas. The Signature Residences are at the top and come with individual plunge pools. The units have 10 foot floor to ceiling height rather than 9 foot cinder corridor. The villas are equipped with parking to size: three, four and six cars for the 4, 4.5 and 5 BHK.
